About
I am an experienced cake decorator with over 20 years’ experience. I studied at Birmingham College of Food for three years gaining NCFE levels 1,2 and 3 in Cake decorating.
I have won many awards for my designs including Salon Culinaire Silver and Bronze medals.
I take great pride in my work and I love to take on new and interesting ideas for cakes.
Working from my home in Worcester I have a Food Standard Agency rating of 5 and have a Level 2 Food Safety certificate.
I was a regular Contributor to 'Cakes and Sugarcraft' and 'Wedding Cakes a Design Source' Magazines from 2006 until 2022 when the magazine sadly stopped.
I also had my first book published in 2014 ‘Quick Cakes For Busy Mums’
